Location

Laguna Park hotel is situated in the central part of Sunny Beach resort, 500m from the resort`s center and about 300 m from the beach.

 

Facilities

Last renovated in 2024: One of the buildings was renovated - block D, the building where all studios are located. Renovations included: all individual water heaters and A/C were replaced by a central solar system for hot water and VRF air-conditioning, new bathrooms, new furniture in all rooms. Part of the studios were turned into apartments /superior / with a bedroom for the parents and a living room with two children bed (size 80x190 cm, not an extensible sofa) and sitting area (a sofa).

The hotel has one main building with 8 floors and one additional building with 6 floors, 6 lifts. Laguna Park has 357 rooms in total, 24 hours reception and a central air conditioning, exchange, main restaurant with terrace, Snack-/ Theme restaurant with terrace, lobby bar, 2 pool bars, snack bar, conference room (50 seats), amphitheater, safety deposit boxes (free) in the room, playing area, laundry and ironing (payable), shop (in front of the hotel). Wi-Fi in the lobby (free), Wi-Fi in the rooms (free), Internet games in the lobby (paid). Aquapark, 5 pools.

Twin rooms (min.2+0, max.2+1/3+0), approx. 38 sq. m. incl. balcony. Two separate single beds and one extendable armchair.

Studio- located in the Annex building – Block D (min.2+2, max.3+1/4+0), approx. 42 sq. m., One large room – bedroom and living area in one space (open plan, no interconnecting door) with one double bed and one extendable sofa.

Apartment Standard – located in the main building (min.2+2/3+0. max.3+1/4+0), approx. 48 sq. m., Apartments consist of two rooms – a bedroom and a living room with an interconnecting door, one double bed in the bedroom for the parents and one extending large sofa bed in the living room for the children.

Apartment Superior located in the Annex building – Block D (min.2+2/3+0, max.3+1/4+0), approx. 48 sq. m., Apartments consist of two rooms – a bedroom and a living room with an interconnecting door, one double bed in the bedroom for the parents and two separate regular single beds in the living room for the children.

Maizonette / Duplex room- located in the main building (min.3+1/4+0, max.4+2/5+1/6+0), two twin rooms connected with an internal door or two twin rooms connected with an internal staircase, without internal door, approx. 58 sq. m. incl. balcony. 4 Twin beds and 2 extendible armchairs, 2 separate bathrooms.

All rooms have: furnished balcony, A/C, telephone (payable), mini bar (complimentary filled upon arrival, next full order will be charged), safety deposit box (free), cable TV, bathroom with shower cabin or a walk-in shower, alarm cord, hairdryer and WC, Wi-Fi (free); el. kettle and coffee & tea facilities.
