This change reflects our commitment to enhancing the guest experience and meeting the evolving preferences of our travelers. To ensure a smooth transition for your operations and our mutual clients, please note the following guidelines: * Adults-Only Definition: Starting November 1, 2026, the resort will exclusively welcome guests aged 18 and older. * Booking Policy: Beginning June 18, 2026, our systems will only accept new reservations for stays on or after November 1, 2026, if all guests are aged 18 or older. Families with children are welcome to book and stay through October 31, 2026. * Continuity of Service: The resort will remain fully operational during this transition, maintaining our high standards of service and hospitality. * Policy for Existing Family Bookings: For confirmed bookings including guests aged 17 or younger (made on or before June 17, 2026) for stays departing on or after November 1, 2026, we will provide a complimentary upgrade to Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites.
