Guests can schedule their reservations through the RIU APP upon check-in. This update applies to the 7 properties in the destination, excluding the Asian Restaurant in Riu Ocho Rios. Early departure without just cause will be penalized with 100% of the booking. RIU does not accept name changes on reservations confirmed by the hotel. Any modification will be considered "cancellation".
