TIMETABLES: - Check In from 3:00 p.m.; - Check Out by 12:00 p.m.; It is worth noting that during the summer season, every year, between June 1st and September 10th, our check in/check out policies are different from the rest of the year: - Check In from 5:00 p.m.; - Check Out by 11:00 a.m.; GENERAL POLICIES: - Please note that for reservations with more than 7 rooms, or independent reservations totaling more than 7 rooms with the same check-in and check-out dates, Grupo Hotéis Cristal reserves the right to consider a group and apply different conditions and additional supplements. - Checks are not accepted. - Pets are not allowed. CRIBS AND EXTRA BEDS: - Cribs for children up to 2.9 years old are available upon prior request and subject to confirmation by the hotel. - Any request for an extra bed must be made directly to the hotel. - Our hotels do not allow the addition of extra beds; - Our hotels do not allow 03 adults in the same room. HB - HALF BOARD: - The HB - Half Board regime consists of Accommodation, Breakfast and Dinner (Chef's suggestion) and drinks are not included, but can be added at an extra cost; TI - All Inclusive (only valid in summer): - The TI - All Inclusive regime consists of Accommodation, Breakfast, Lunch, Snack (from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm), Dinner and Open Bar (only drinks and at times to be informed at the hotel). - The IT - All Inclusive package starts with a snack on the day of check-in and ends with lunch on the day of check-out. These conditions cannot be changed. INDOOR POOL & CRISTAL SPA: - Access to our indoor pool is included, as well as to our gym, upon prior reservation and is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. The pool has a maximum capacity of 40 users at the same time and is used for a maximum of 1 hour per day to ensure access to all our guests. - Our WaterLounge (Sauna, Turkish Bath and 4 Therapeutic Shower Circuit) is also available upon reservation and at an additional cost (maximum duration of 60 minutes). - Mandatory use of a swimming cap and flip-flops in the pool. The cap can be purchased at the hotel, at an additional cost.
