In agreement with the Financial and Fiscal Measures Law passed by the Catalan Parliament on 14th March 2012 (art. 55.2) the payment of the Municipal Tourism Tax on arrival at this establishment will be obligatory as of 1st November 2012. The Tourism Tax will be applied to overnight guests over 16 years of age. The rates indicated per person per night, vary according to different categories of establishment and area: Hotel 5*/5*GL, Barcelona City and rest of Catalonia 2.50€. Hotel 4*/4*Sup, Barcelona City 1.25€; rest of Catalonia 1€. As from April 1st, 2017 all residential establishments used as tourist accommodation (HUT) in Barcelona City will be 2,50€, rest of Catalonia 1€. Other establishments, Barcelona City 0.75€; rest of Catalonia 0.50€. The maximum amount applicable will be 7 units per stay per person. Please note that the price of our services will not include the mentioned tax in any case. Bookings of more than 5 rooms or 7 nights will be subject to specific booking and cancellation conditions.
