LIVVO Koala Garden Apartments

The hotel does not accept complaints that have not been reported during stay. Hereby we would like to inform that after the renovation works taken place in the year 2017 at THe Koala Garden, the establishment has been divided into two independent areas, on the one side the Hotel THe Koala Garden (zones 1, 2 and 3) and on the other side the Apts. THe Koala Garden (zones 4 and 5). From now on all clients that book an appartment will not have access neither to the hotel area nor to the services offered in it. The services offered in the hotel area are the following ones: - Al inclusive: the service will be provided in the restaurant buffet Eucalyptus (zone 2), Pool bar (zone 2) and Sport Bar Surf Sail (zone 2). - 4 Swimming pools for adults and 3 for children in zones 1, 2 and 3 - Miniclub - Muti-purpose court - Gym Jungle - Crossfit - Entertainment show - Live music - Disco for children - Playground - Kids club - Water splash - Ball-pool park We would like to remind you that guests staying at LIVVO Koala Garden Apartments will not be able to use the facilities of the LIVVO Koala Garden Hotel except for reception, which will be the only shared service. Also, please note that both breakfast and dinner available at LIVVO Koala Garden Apartments is NOT buffet, it will be continental breakfast and dinner a la carte (starter, main course and dessert -drinks not included in the price-).
