The hotel will NOT accept clients if the lead passenger is not present upon check-in. Please note that the hotel DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY FORM OF GROUPS or bookings for more than 2 Rooms, even if they are booked under different reservation numbers. If a group booking for the same party under different references is detected, the booking will be automatically cancelled by the hotel group, and will not be accepted under any circumstances. This also applies for bookings amended to 2 rooms as the hotel has reason to believe that the additional rooms will be re booked at a later date which is unacceptable. Hotel Information A deposit of 200 euros per room may be required on arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded upon a satisfactory check out. Payment will need to be made by credit card. Important: if the reservation includes BABIES, you must take into account that the cribs are available upon request and direct payment upon arrival, and that you must contact the hotel in advance if necessary. Name Changes and Modifications: They can be made on request up to 8 days before arrival if the rate allows. You will not receive any refund if the price of the stay, at the time of making the change, is lower than the price of the stay when you made the reservation. A change of name or modification may incur extra charges, check with the hotel beforehand. BOOKINGS:All bookings must be accompanied by at least one "principal name" of client per room or apartment. Rooms or apartments of the same reservation must be booked on the same meal plan. Bookings that do not meet these requirements will NOT be be considered as compliant. Bookings with multiple diets will not be accepted. Name changes will NOT be accepted. The "main name" that appears on the booking must coincide with the "main name" on the voucher, otherwise the establishment reserves the right to admit the entrance of the client. The hotel reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel a reservation received automatically through its reservation integration system, if within 48 hours it finds that there has been a computer error in the reservation. In bookings of 3 or more rooms or apartments: they must be confirmed by the establishment, even if they are booked in different booking references. CHECK IN and CHECK OUT: In HOTELS; the room may be accessed from 16:00. and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out service until 18:00 hours is available upon request and availability with charges. The hotel may ask the guests for an official document proving the age of the children. In case of not bringing it, the adult rate will be applied. Children under under 16 years old are not allowed to access to the SPA DYNASTIC and GYMNASIUM
