Valid, government issued, photo identification is required at check-in. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking areas are available in designated, outside areas of the hotels. A $350 cleaning fee will be applied to guest folio if the policy is not followed in the guestrooms. A mandatory deposit will be required by guest at time of check-in. Payable by credit card. Deposit will be refunded in full pending inspection of guestroom and/or unit and settlement of all in resort incidentals. All phone and incidental charges are the responsibility of the guest. FREE shuttle transportation to Universal Orlando & Island of Adventure. (Transportation must be reserved 24 hours in advance of the required service – subject to limited seat availability. Seat availability is not guaranteed.) Self and valet parking available at a daily cost to be paid locally. Reservation is confirmed strictly for leisure vacation stays only. This reservation is not valid for guests attending conferences, events, or meetings at the hotel or the Orlando Convention Center. If the reservation, conducted through an audit of registered attendees is found to be associated with such an event, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time without recourse. For all bookings booked under "International Package", the hotel will require the guest to present a valid International Passport upon check in.
