Booking of 10 rooms or more is a group booking and other terms and conditions will apply. Self-parking is available for our guests at the charge of $20.00 per day, per car plus 7% tax (subject to change without notice). Please be aware that each individual guest will be responsible for incidental charges. To guarantee these charges, we require a credit card at time of check-in. Aloft Hotel Miami Aventura will authorize the provided credit card for the estimated incidentals for the entire stay. We will be unable to register any guest that is not able to provide enough credit to cover their incidental charges upon arrival. Aloft Hotel Miami Aventura is 100% smoke free. No smoking is permitted inside of the building. A minimum $250 fee applies if smoking occurs. At least 1 guest must be 21 years of age to check-in. (A valid form of identification may be required). Pets are welcome. We do not charge a fee or a deposit. The minimum age for check-in is 21 years of age and requires a valid photo ID. Children age eighteen and under stay free of charge when sharing room with an adult.
